A sudden illness has been spreading quickly. Hospitals are overcrowded and the pharmacies are running out of medications. Suddenly the sick start to die. Something has changed in the dead, they get back up to kill. Through the chaos a young woman fight to find her friends and family. Together survivors try to reach safety through a burning city.
