To prepare creamy cauliflower soup, you
you will need:
1 head cauliflower
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 can coconut milk
olive oil, salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and wash them first. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add cauliflower and stir-fry for a few minutes.
