INTRODUCTION
This book has three central ideas that make up these fifteen life-changing decisions.
Part 1: Create the life you love—getting your mindset into place.
Part 2: Discover your true potential—guiding you through the growth process.
Part 3: Own your future today—setting you on the path to making all of your dreams come true.
One of the first questions that might come to your mind is why these fifteen decisions are important. But before we get into that, let me guide you through the process of how this book was made.
The three of us gathered around the table one day and came up with the idea to share the knowledge and experiences we had gained through all the hassles and struggles over the years of personal development. We then started to gather all of our ideas for this book. In the beginning there was over a hundred ideas to share. Investing our time and effort, we each came up with five basic decisions. Each of our decisions gave us the opportunity to share our stories and to offer a new perspective on what helps build the life you desire. Yes, it was a challenge for each of us to get the ideas down from one hundred to just fifteen. But we took on the challenge and proceeded with full contentment and service in mind. We use these fifteen decisions in our own daily lives because they are very practical.
We recalled when we first started making changes in our own lives and found that it didn’t come with ease. There was a lot of struggle and consistent work toward our desired lifestyle, and we each share some of our challenges in this book.
For the first author, Rinaldo Olberg, the biggest challenge was developing the skills to control his thoughts and emotions. You will find his journey in part one of this book.
For the second author, Madis Barnabas, the biggest challenge was following his heart and also reminding himself to take his brain with him on his journey. You will find his journey in part two of this book.
For the third author, Tarvo Tobbi, the main challenge was staying faithful to the decisions he committed to. You will find his journey in part three of this book.
The reason why we wrote this book is quite simple – today we have all the information in the world in the palm of our hands. Being connected through all these social networks and instantly receiving notifications, updates, and tweets overwhelms us. This is something that all of us have experienced and continue to experience when we do not make the right decisions. Doing so many things at once not only overwhelms us but also lowers our opportunities to actually notice the important things in life. We tend to notice less of the people we care about, the tasks we do, or the things we enjoy instead we are more focusing of the distractions that consist of unnecessary information. Because of all of the important parts of our life are moved to the background.
Tarvo remembers the time he was participating in the network marketing business when the overwhelming feeling of confusion started to emerge. What always helped him was telling himself the following phrase: “Back to basics!” This worked like a charm every time. There were times when meetings didn’t go as planned, people rejected his offerings, or people didn’t even show up as promised. One simple change in mindset fixed it all and we encourages you too create the mindset called “back to basics!” The fifteen decisions described in this book are a great way for creating that mindset. Whatever area of life you feel you are underperforming in, just remind yourself of these fifteen decisions to go from an underachiever to an overachiever. How does this system work, you might wonder? Well, remember the last time you wanted something so bad that you gave everything you had to get it? You were committed to getting it and not letting anything or anyone distract you. That’s exactly how the “back to basics” mindset works! It’s that simple!

For many years I struggled and felt like a failure at life. All I could think was, “Why is this happening to me?” and “When is it going to stop?” I blamed everybody and everything for my problems, without taking responsibility for my own actions. And that’s when the breakthrough happened. I finally found that the biggest struggles and failures in my life came from the inability
