      Introduction

Can you introduce yourself and explain what compelled you to write this book?

I am a visual artist and my goal is to create artworks that convey happiness, positive energy, and love to combat all the negative occurrences in the world today. Since I became Buddhist, a lot of miracles started happening in my life in a positive way, and I cannot stay silent without sharing my experiences and my knowledge with others who need help. Knowing something positive and hiding it from others is not all that different from shutting down a school or a university and preventing people from having access to education so that they can improve their living situation and grow in a positive way.

My motivation to describe the spiritual world to people is the fact that, nowadays, there is much misunderstanding around the idea of being a healthy person or a sick person. What does it mean to be a healthy person, and what does it mean to be a sick person? Being a healthy person has two sides: being healthy physically and being healthy spiritually. Being a sick person also has two sides: being sick physically and being sick spiritually.

I want to go through the second side, which is that of spiritual sickness. Nowadays, it is like 90% of people on Earth are sick spiritually. This is making us live lives that will destroy us in the future, destroy our future generations, and destroy the world we are living in. I break the silence now to come out and to make people aware that being healthy is not just about the physical side of health. There is the spiritual side of health, too.

Being healthy spiritually is knowing who you are through being connected with yourself. That means being connected with your physical body and with your spiritual bodies (the soul and the spirit) and being able to transform a negative situation that is going to come to you from the spiritual world into a positive situation before it arrives in the physical world. What does that mean? It means to know how tomorrow will be for you and how to shape it in a positive way. When you are planning something, you often don’t know whether you will get the result you are expecting or a totally different one. Spirituality will help you know exactly what will happen and whether it will be positive or negative. So, physically, you can go to the positive side to make it better.

This book is a book of life, of reality, of the positive side of everything. A book to help people understand how tomorrow will be and how to shape it in a positive way, to have a positive result physically and spiritually.

There are also many statistics and a lot of research that predicts how tomorrow will be. But if you understand and absorb the message of this book, you will know how tomorrow will be and you will take every precaution. You will not wait for social media or for someone else to inform you and to educate you. You will start behaving in a healthy way, in a positive way.

Because, spiritually, most people are sick. They are not connected with themselves. People pretend to know about spirituality, and they attribute a lot of things to themselves. But there is a big lack of spiritual knowledge. A lot of negative developments can be observed in the world nowadays. So many mental sicknesses are spreading: depression, anxiety, stress, etc. These kinds of sickness are the beginning of a lot of problems. Because of these sicknesses, people can get physical diseases, become addicted to alcohol or drugs, or even take their own lives. These sicknesses do not know your age or who you are. Depression, anxiety, stress, etc. are not physical sicknesses. They are the sicknesses of spiritual bodies.

In short, what motivates me to describe the spiritual world to people is to make our world and our lives today better and happier and to protect our world for future generations through understanding how the world we live in really is. What are humans and other creatures
