to them, just as the LORD had told Moses. (But Pharaoh does not give up).

13 And the LORD said to Moses, «Get up early tomorrow and appear before Pharaoh, and tell him: Thus saith the Lord, the God of the Jews: Let my people go, that they may serve me; (Again the priest sends Moses).

14 For this time I will send all my plagues into your heart, and upon your servants, and upon your people, that you may know that there is no one like me in all the earth.; (These are already threats).

15 Because I have stretched out my hand, I would have struck you and your people with a plague, and you would have been destroyed from the earth: (The ominous threats continue).

16 But for this reason I have kept you, that I might show you my power, and that my name might be proclaimed throughout the whole earth; (However, a testimony of the power of the god of the Jews is necessary).

17 You are still resisting my people, so as not to let them go – (The confrontation continues).

18 Behold, I will send tomorrow, at this very time, a very strong hail, the like of which has not been in Egypt since its foundation until now; (The priest had a presentiment or knew changes in the weather).

19 So we went to gather your flocks and all that you have in the field: hail will fall on all the people and cattle that remain in the field and will not gather into houses, and they will die. (Most likely, this was due to ongoing volcanic activity).

20 Those of Pharaoh’s servants who were afraid of the word of the LORD hastily gathered their servants and their flocks into their houses; (Believers in the Jewish god have already appeared among the slaves).

21 But whoever has not turned his heart to the word of the LORD has left his servants and his flocks in the field. (But not everyone believed).

22 And the LORD said to Moses, «Stretch out your hand toward heaven, and hail will fall on all the land of Egypt, on people, on livestock, and on all the grass of the field in the land of Egypt. (Lifting and waving of hands is a distracting and zombifying maneuver, the priest knew that there would be hail soon).

23 And Moses stretched out his rod to heaven, and the LORD made thunder and hail, and fire spread over the earth; and the LORD sent hail to the land of Egypt; (The eruption of the volcano began).

24 And there was hail and fire between the hail, very strong, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since the time of its population. (That is, not hail as precipitation in the form of irregularly shaped ice particles, but probably in the form of stones, pumice and ash).

25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt everything that was in the field, from man to cattle, and the hail smote all the grass of the field, and broke all the trees in the field; (That is, the hail was quite strong. Linear volcanoes or fractured volcanoes have extensive supply channels associated with a deep split of the crust. As a rule, basalt liquid magma pours out of such cracks, which, spreading out to the sides, forms large lava covers. Along the cracks there are gentle spray shafts, wide flat cones, lava fields. If the magma has a more acidic composition (a higher content of silicon dioxide in the melt), linear extrusion shafts and arrays are formed. When explosive eruptions occur, explosive ditches with a length of tens of kilometers can occur. Volcanic eruptions refer to geological emergencies that can lead to natural disasters. The eruption process can last from several hours to many years).

26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel lived, there was no hail. (The ash cloud passed this territory by).

27 And Pharaoh sent, and called Moses and Aaron, and said to them, This time I have sinned; the LORD is righteous, but I and my people are guilty.

28 Pray to the LORD: let the thunders of God and the hail cease; and I will let you go and will no longer hold you. (Go!).

29 Moses said to him, «As soon as I leave the city, I will stretch out my hands to the LORD; the thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail, so that you may know that the land of the LORD is; (A sign is needed).

30 But I know that you and your servants will not yet fear the LORD God. (That’s how religions are created!).

31 The flax and the barley were beaten, because the barley was mowed out, and the flax was seeded; (In some places the hail was strong).

32 but the wheat and the spelt were not beaten, because they were late. (So, the time of year was the beginning of autumn, that is, the harvest. Spelt – types of wheat with a brittle ear).

33 And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and stretched out his hands to the LORD, and the thunder and hail ceased, and the rain ceased to fall on the earth. (Dispersal of clouds, clouds – clouds are constantly moving and «dispersed» use their knowledge and information about wind, atmosphere, etc. to «disperse» clouds, clouds, stop thunder, hail, rain. In addition, it has been scientifically proven that, for example, only seriously ill people react to «changes» in solar activity, while healthy people do not notice «changes». The relationship was proved (this is the development of A.L. Chizhevsky et al.) between changes in the Earth’s magnetic field and an increase (decrease) in the number of patients with myocardial infarction, if these people have already been ill. Apparently, there is also a relationship between «somewhat mental» sick people and electrical discharges emanating from thunderclouds. Some people (priests, shamans and not only) in trance perceive electrical discharges better than others and can, as it were, «disperse clouds», i.e. perceive lightning electrical discharges and feel the weather, understand where clouds and clouds can go).

34 And Pharaoh saw that the rain and hail and thunder had ceased, and he continued to sin, and he and his servants hardened his heart. (Pharaoh is ready to deceive again).

35 And Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he did not let the children of Israel go, as the LORD had spoken through Moses. (The Israelis were never released).

      Chapter 10

1 And the LORD said to Moses, «Go in to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants to show these signs of mine among them (Signs are needed to confirm faith and attract new adherents).

2 And that you may tell your son and your son’s son about what I have done in Egypt, and about my signs that I have shown in it, and that you may know that I am the LORD. (This is how religion is formed).

3 Moses and Aaron came to Pharaoh and told him: Thus saith the Lord, the God of the Jews: How long will you not humble yourself before me? Let my people go, that they may serve Me; (Again with Pharaoh).

4 and if you do not let my people go, then, behold, tomorrow I will bring locusts to your region: (The threat of locusts, so it has already appeared somewhere nearby).

5 it will cover the face of the earth so that it will be impossible to see the earth, and it will eat what is left of you that has survived the hail; it will also eat all the trees growing in your field (Locusts, like herd insects, destroy all vegetation).

6 And he will fill your houses, the houses of all your servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians, which your fathers and your fathers’ fathers have not seen since the day they lived on the earth, even to this day. [Moses] turned and went out from Pharaoh. (Now we will fight locusts).

7 Then Pharaoh’s servants said to him, «How long will he torment us?» Let these people go, let them serve the Lord their God; don’t you see yet that Egypt is dying? (In Egypt, apparently, the situation was getting worse).

8 And they brought Moses and Aaron back to Pharaoh, and [Pharaoh] said to them, Go, do the service of the LORD your God; who then and who will go? (Again, it seems to let go).

9 And Moses said, Let us go with our young and our old, with our sons and our daughters, and with our sheep and with our oxen, for we have a feast to the LORD. (Let’s go with the whole camp).
