Then I board it like a real spaceship and begin my journey to Mars. While flying through outer space, I dodge asteroids and encounter aliens. This, of course, is just a fun fantasy, but to imagine yourself as the hero of an intergalactic adventure is very exciting!»

      These two examples illustrate the difference between a real goal and a fantasy. A goal requires planning, effort, and real action, while fantasy is a game of the imagination that is enjoyable and inspiring, but doesn’t involve real action to achieve it.
