      Stand straight with your legs 3–4 feet apart and turn your right foot 90° to the right. Facing towards your right foot, inhale as you lift your arms straight up in the air, placing them together and crossing your thumbs. Relax your head back so you are looking at your hands.

      Inhale deeply and, as you exhale, bend your right knee, again aiming to have the thigh flat and the back leg straight. Breathing normally, hold this position for a count of 5.

      Inhale as you return to an upright position. Exhale and relax, and repeat to the other side. Repeat the entire movement.
