      Chapter 22

      SUFFERING, DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF YAHSHUA.

      (Chapter 22-24).

      Betrayal of Judah.

      Luke 22,1 Now the feast of unleavend bread(?)* drew near, which is called the Passover (Easter, a heathen feast; Ishtar/ Astarte/ Ashera/ Diana).

      Luke 22,2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.

      Luke 22,3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

      Luke 22,4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him to them.

      Luke 22,5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.

      Luke 22,6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him to them in the absence of the multitude.

      Luke 22,7 Then came the day of unleavened bread(?)*, when the passover must be sacrificed.

      Exodus 12,18-20

      * note: On the first day of the feast of unleavened bread, the 15th Nisan, on Friday, was Yahshua already in the sepulchre. Equally was the 15th Nissan an high day, a high feast Sabbath of the year. Yahshua died at 15 o’clock on the 14th Nisan, on Thursday, the great day of the year. The disciples (verse 8) had asked Yahshua on the 13th Nisan or one day before the 13th Nisan.

      Luke 22,8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

      Luke 22,9 And they said to him, Where will you that we prepare?

      Luke 22,10 And he said to them, Behold, when you are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he enters in.

      Luke 22,11 And you shall say to the master of the house, The Master says to you, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

      Luke 22,12 And he shall show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.

      Luke 22,13 And they went, and found as he had said to them: and they made ready the passover.

      Luke 22,14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.

      Luke 22,15 And he said to them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:

      Luke 22,16 For I say to you, I shall not any more eat of it, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of YAHWEH.

      Luke 22,17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:

      Luke 22,18 For I say to you, I will not drink (from hence-forth) of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of YAHWEH shall come.

      Luke 22,19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and broke it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me!

      Luke 22,20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
