The Law of Repentance operates only on the human soul and nothing else. It is a Divine Love law that is higher than the Law of Compensation. Repentance is a feeling of deep grief and sorrow and is a desire to right the wrong. When we truly awaken to the error of our ways and want to make amends, then we become remorseful. Then the law kicks in automatically, and the error is removed from your soul. If you do not repent, you will still feel the painful memories of your harmful actions, which will make you suffer and affect your Law of Attraction. Once you become repentant, the emotional penalty clears and your Law of Attraction changes.

      THE LAW OF MERCY

The Law of Mercy activates to show lenience to a person who has caused harm. People should learn to forgive automatically so that they do not cause harm to themselves or their environment, but mercy should be shown only once a person shows remorse. Mercy is a similar quality to God’s Grace. It is only appropriate to demonstrate mercy when a person feels sorry for his or her actions.

Even though that person is automatically forgiven by God, it is wise to allow the Law of Compensation or Karma to operate, and only when a person displays a desire to make amends is mercy appropriate. If the Law of Mercy activates before a person has repented, then he or she will not heal and not see the error of his or her ways. He or she will not learn how to become harmonious with God’s Love. If the person does not feel remorse, then he or she will probably do the same action again.

THE LAW OF THE NEW BIRTH

The Law of the New Birth is the transformation of the soul from the human into the Divine. This transformation can happen only when the soul purifies and receives Divine Love from God. Without the new birth, eternal progression is impossible for the human soul. Divine Love is the love that comes directly from God. It exists as an emotion within God’s soul that can be given to and felt by any human. Divine Love cannot be given through the intervention of another human or a spirit. It is not the love state of the human soul at incarnation nor is it a state of perfected natural love. Divine Love can be infinitely received by the human soul, but it can flow only when the soul is in harmony with Divine Truth. Divine Love can also only come into the human soul when the human so desires and longs for it to enter. This happens through prayer. When God’s Divine Love enters the soul, it helps increase a person’s level of happiness; the soul expands and transforms the human soul into a divine human. At this point, the person obtains knowledge of his or her immortality and reflects God to mankind.

Now that you have learned the different types of God’s spiritual laws, you will hopefully be able to start feeling and thinking in a new way. You are armed with a new outlook on life, and from this vantage point you can reduce the stress in your life and the worry lines it causes. Following God’s divine laws will lead you to a more harmonious place of perfected love, the highest of frequencies. It will slow your aging process, heal your body, and keep your life running smoothly.

Another tool to help you stay relaxed and stop you from thinking too much and acquiring worry lines is learning to breathe properly. I cannot stress enough how important it is to learn to breathe. When you breathe deeply, you have an eternal tool. You cannot stop your thoughts from coming; they will come and go through the day, but you can control your breathing. Your breathing will support you throughout the day and keep you connected to your soul rather than focused on your mind.

Even though taking a deep breath is the first thing we instinctively do when we are born, most people do not breathe properly. They run around, stressed out, holding their breath. They do not breathe deeply from their bellies, and the result is that they are not getting enough oxygen circulating throughout their face and body to nourish all their cells. When they focus on breathing properly, their facial muscles are relaxed. It is through the practice of breathing that we are able to be in the present moment of each inhalation and truly relax. Each breath brings fresh energy into the body, and the exhalation releases toxins along with depleted energy. Deep breathing provides a feeling of oneness of body and breath rather than a simple autonomic nervous system function.

Just as you have to remember to eat and drink regularly throughout the day, so you should check that you are focusing on your belly and breathing deeply so that your stomach is pushed in and out and your face is relaxed. This should be an essential part of your daily health and beauty regime.

As you read this book, check to see how deep your breathing is and how much tension is being held in your face. You probably clench in one or all areas of your face and take shallow breaths from your chest rather than deep breaths from your stomach. Learn to breathe deeply, in and out, and loosen your facial muscles. Unclench your jaw, a major area for holding tension. Now stretch the skin on your face; open your eyes wide; imagine chewing sticky toffee with your mouth, and stretch the creases in your forehead. Next, unfurrow your brow and make sure you allow your face to be bright and open.

Any time you sit at your computer, watch television, or read, check your breathing and the tension in your face. Shallow, tense breathing is going to be a life-long habit that you will need to break. You must become conscious of your facial habits and your breathing until your mind, body, and face have been reprogrammed and you naturally relax.

Your level of relaxation and deep breathing can be taken even further if you can take a moment out of your day, either first thing in the morning or last thing at night, to meditate. Meditation allows your mind to rest completely and to empty itself of all thoughts. It also helps relax the facial muscles. It can help you feel calm, happy, content, and relaxed or emotionally present. Both spiritual masters and scientists say that meditation brings measurable changes in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and stress. As you rest and replenish the mind when you meditate, you will experience many health and beauty benefits.

You may, at first, feel resistant to sitting for long periods of time, but if you can just take five to fifteen minutes a day to close your eyes, you will rest your facial muscles completely and fill your body with positive, life-enhancing energy. This will smooth out your forehead and give your body a surge of vitality.

Meditation opens your third eye, the sixth chakra in your chakra system. This is the chakra that helps you become self-realized, develop intuition, and balance your mind. As your third eye opens, your sixth chakra point will become unblocked, and your stagnant energy will start to flow smoothly away from your forehead and out of your system. Meditating and opening your third eye will help you break free of old belief systems and negative thought patterns. As your intuition develops, you will “see” more of life’s truths. You will learn to observe your inner life with your inner third eye. This new clarity and vision will help further remove the vertical crease on your forehead while balancing your mind, body, and soul.

If you feel you are too busy, you can meditate even if you are not sitting in a chair with your eyes closed. You can meditate throughout your day with every breath, no matter what you are doing, as long as you breathe correctly. You can meditate when you are doing any of your daily activities: walking the dog, washing up, ironing, fishing, cleaning, gardening, showering, creating a picture, molding a sculpture, or playing music. As long as you concentrate on breathing deeply from your stomach instead of your chest, your mind will become quiet and focused on the present moment, and you will replenish and nourish your body with healing energy.

Gentle exercise can also be considered a form of meditation. A gentle meditative walk outside in nature is a powerful stress reliever. As you read in Chapter 1, an exercise practice, such as Tai Chi or Qi Gong, can be especially beneficial to promoting a peaceful state of mind.

Tai Chi is sometimes described as “meditation in motion” because it promotes serenity through gentle movements—connecting the mind and body. The main goal of Tai Chi is to teach you how to deal with stress by relaxing your mind and calming your body. During Tai Chi you focus on movement and breathing. This combination will
