и в этот день, одиннадцатого октября, – ничто не предвещало беды: как обычно по утрам, светило солнышко, как обычно к обеду Нелли и Натали собрались и вышли из дома, благополучно дошли до трамвайной остановки и сели в трамвай…
Им предстояло проехать всего одну остановку… И вот тут-то ОНО и произошло: какой-то мужчина с продуктовой тележкой зацепился при выходе и ударил Нелли металлической частью тележки. Этого оказалось достаточно, чтобы в месте удара обильно выступила кровь… Кое-как они доковыляли до остановки. Позвонили Мери… бедная старушка была вне себя от боли и паники при виде своей раненной и мгновенно посиневшей ноги. Примчалась Мери. Вызвали скорую. Врач осмотрел и перебинтовал ногу. Нелли забрали в больницу. Мери отправилась с ней. Позже она позвонила Натали и сказала, что Нелли останется в больнице, по крайней мере, на несколько дней, как сказал врач.
Так Натали осталась одна в большой квартире в центре Кёльна в самом начале своего здесь проживания…

Возможно, наша героиня почувствовала бы себя неуютно и одиноко, если бы ей не с кем было поговорить и обсудить свои дела и перемены положения – необычные и стремительные, но к счастью вечерний звонок в скайпе от Амира становился уже традицией. Вот и в этот вечер он не заставил себя долго ждать.
