Cellular memories allow us to see the truth. The truth as absolute truth, for us human beings, does not exist (although it does exist in another dimension, the TRUTH is enduring), since every human being works and evolves at a different pace, depending on their experiences, and everyone has their own “truth”.
Cellular memories are different in every human being and this leads us many times to doubt since every one of us has different truths; if there are no doubts, there is no progressive, positive doubt is what makes us move forward, it makes us question why a thousand times, it is our engine and in the face of it we have the free will to decide; negative doubt is what causes us to lapse in confidence and throws us in a deep well of ignorance, and we accept it without questioning ourselves.
For this reason, it is important that every human being seek out their own truth and develop their intuition, and not be influenced by anything or anyone, nor any religious, social, or spiritual institution; no institution that makes you a believer or a holder of the truth is reliable; every truth is measured with the barometer of our individual inner Self. The people who need to be covered by or dependent on an institution do it due to fear, because they are weak and do not have the necessary power to find themselves, and they are afraid of being alone face-to-face with themselves.
Happiness comes from what we feel and perceive; if we work, our life will be calm and happy, living in the NOW. One of the most important characteristics in detecting the people that do this is their smile, they are always in a good mood. Many people take life very seriously and forget to laugh and smile; these two qualities are essential in order to find happiness: working on yourself and making those around us happy. If you are okay, everything around you will be okay.
Life is a continuous battle and we are the warriors of peace, trying to do what’s right in order to move forward and bring the miracle of heaven to earth; we don’t have to be afraid of the responsibility of wanting to do what we must do, we must be prepared physically, emotionally, and mentally, and not flee. If we are in harmony and liberty, we will succeed.
Responsibility over our lives makes us focus and this avoids having us fall into mediocre circumstances; observing without getting involved, we all have a path to follow and a story to write. Step by step, we walk our path, not the path that others have chosen for us.
We are the creators
of our own life
We are energy and when we come to the Earth, we put on our biological suit; we recover our cellular memories from other lives that we have lived here on Earth, everything that is unresolved we bring with us again in order to solve it; this is what is known as karma.
Everyone, without exception, must purify and balance their energies so that life on Earth can be better, and for all of us to live in peace and have our place on the planet.
We are energy transformed into human, animal, or natural manifestations, but when we leave the planet, when we physically die, we return to our original point. Everything is transitory in life, we have only borrowed a physical suit for a short period of time, which is why it is so important to do what we need to do and do it well, and enjoy life without possessing.
Humanity forms a unit; like in the desert, every human being is a grain of sand and all of us together make up the dessert, without color, race, or creeds.
In order to CREATE, we have to harmonize our bodies, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
The mental body is the most complex body; it is what directs our life: WE ARE WHAT WE FEEL. The mental body is very powerful and gives us endless obstacles, it will make us doubt time and time again, but if we are consistent and aware of ourselves and what is around us, we will realize that everything that we create becomes reality; small miracles and coincidences happen and the intuitions that come to us are true.
While transforming emotions and our tiny mind, we realize that we are slaves to our attachments which make us “need” things that are useless. In reality, we don’t need anything superfluous to live well and be happy; there is too much baggage that we carry on our backs and its weight brings us down because it doesn’t match our new way of life. At the moment when we break the ties, we start to create a more real and lighter life.
In order to create, we need to be responsible for ourselves. Our behavior has repercussions both for others and ourselves, we are the authors of our own behavior, words, thoughts, and actions. We must learn to be observers of ourselves and our surroundings; our behavior must be correct, not what is expected of us or what we want or wish it was.
One’s will, effort, responsibility, courage, and strength begin to form part of our new personality, and every decision that we make correctly will be strengthened by these qualities. We will stop being afraid of facing ourselves and others, and with joy and serenity we will surpass all the obstacles that we find along the way.
Fear and doubts will disappear bit by bit; we become aware of our potential. HOW ARE WE GOING TO BE AFRAID OF WHAT WE OURSELVES HAVE CREATED?
When we discover the essence, the reason of emotion, we don’t need to avoid a battle wasting energy to make said emotion disappear; on the contrary, we must develop the opposite virtue. For example, if your emotion is hate, fury, you must develop love, tenderness, which will weaken it and finally, eradicate it. Only love for ourselves and others will make any aggressive manifestation disappear, since love makes us compassionate and empathetic, and it will allow us to see and feel the pain that we cause to others and to ourselves.
Fighting against a defect or emotion by focusing on it non-stop only increases its power, since it keeps our focus on it, making it grow without stopping. It is very difficult to transform an emotion in this state; at a time of great vulnerability, it will attack us and vanquish us, and it is at that moment when we can take advantage of this weakness to transform it into strength without giving any importance to that emotion or defect, we can weaken it and develop its opposite.
The nature of our physical illnesses will help us to pay attention to mental disharmony which is the fundamental cause of the illness. There is a very important factor and it is the capacity to LOVE OURSELVES, LOVE OTHERS, AND LOVE LIFE. Simply the act of loving, without possessing, paying homage to the miracle of the human being, being “a warrior of peace in our life”, fighting with love to have a life that is fuller and more serene, with strength and courage, with respect and wisdom, we can “LIVE”, stop just surviving, and help others.
One of the biggest tragedies of our current history is materialism, which also fosters boredom, comparisons, fear, doubts, aggression, and all of its consequences, making us lose our true inner well-being. The act of having “possessions” in and of itself is not good or bad, so long as we are not attached to them and they do not rule us or enslave us. Many times the act of “possessing for the sake of possessing” gives us short-lived satisfaction, coming as quickly as it goes, then leaving a void that gets bigger and bigger.
We must stop, reflect and be conscious of what is happening in ourselves and in our surroundings, if we do not we are playing an endless game. We compare in order to satisfy our bruised egos, we run away from ourselves and others, we consume in order to forget, we pretend to be what we are not in order to feel someone else’s recognition, but the holes that these behaviors leave in us become deeper and deeper, because we become bored with ourselves, with our lives.
The antidote for boredom is to take an avid interest and an active part in everything around us, to observe our day-to-day life, to constantly learn about our peers, our mistakes, and ourselves, everyday events, lessons that we have learned, and look for wisdom and share it with others, benefiting from all this knowledge and experience.
The nourishment that we need to feel good inside is LOVE; its ingredients are: joy, serenity, strength,
